Absolutely! You can choose Store Pickup during checkout. Your order will be ready within 2 business days for collection from your selected Little Sprig store.
Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll email your tracking number. You can also request it anytime by emailing your order details to info@littlesprig.com or calling our team.
Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Items that don’t meet our quality check will be returned to the customer without refund.
We sincerely apologize if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
