Local Shipping (Sri Lanka)
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after placement.
- Deliveries within Kandy are completed within 2 working days.
- Deliveries outside of Kandy usually take around 3 working days.
- To request your tracking number, email your order details to info@littlesprig.com or call us for assistance.
International Shipping
- International orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement.
- Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, order size, and weight.
- For an accurate quote and delivery estimate, please contact us at info@littlesprig.com or call us before placing your order.
- Once your parcel is collected by our courier partner, your tracking number will be shared via email.
- Additional courier charges may apply for larger or heavier packages.
Store Pickup
- You can place and pay for your order online, then select Store Pickup at checkout.
- Orders will be ready for collection within 2 business days at your chosen Little Sprig store.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after the returned parcel is received and thoroughly inspected by our team.
- Once the item passes the quality check (unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached), your refund will be approved and processed.
- If the returned item fails the inspection (worn, washed, or tags removed), the refund will not be issued, and the item may be returned to the customer.
